What are my rights to return an item back to Argos?

I brought an Xbox 360 Slim 15 / 01/2011 Argos. About 4 days I realized that when change does not ping noise as it should and that is the same if I open the disc tray (the source makes a noise when I have it. I have not abandoned / moved / opened or beaten from the console I've had it. I also always received and the box and flyers, the only thing missing from the package is a plastic coating that Xbox was in. So what I know is I can take back to Xbox? ¿I can get a refund or exchange for another? Information would be helpful. Thank you.

Yes, you can return to Argos, just tell them what is wrong with him. They will give you a replacement or credit note. It's easier to get a replacement. Just returned in its original packaging with all the bits. (Never mind the plastic bag). and the reception, I returned a couple of things to Argos, and are well him.
